Breathe - Spa at Abezza is internationally and nationally know.  It is the first and only full body spa, as well as the first destination spa in the country of Belize.  Described as “Belize’s pioneer in spa treatment options” by Destination Belize Magazine and centrally located in Belize, the established and renowned Spa at Abezza is a unique, beautiful and peaceful space that offers a full selection of body treatments aimed at rejuvenating body, mind and spirit. The Spa offers massages such as the Mud Massage, Seaweed Massage, Aromatherapy Massages, Solo & Couples Massage; Body Scrub; Body Wraps; Facials; Hair Packs; Spa Manicure & Spa Pedicure.  Spa products are all made from natural ingredients found in the surrounding Mayan Jungle of Belize and are environmentally friendly.

The Spa, located in a private setting on property, offers resort guests, Belize visitors and locals alike, a relaxing oasis to getaway and rejuvenate.  A day visit to Abezza Resort can easily be incorporated on a tour to nearby Altun Ha Mayan Ruins, Crooked Tree Bird Sanctuary, Howler Monkey Wildlife Sanctuary, Orange Walk or Corozal. Belize Boutique Resort & Spa is 10 miles north of the Altun Ha Mayan Ruin. All spa bookings are advanced reservations only.

Our Program was conceived by the patriarch, a physician, who believes in using natural herbal products and treatments to revitalize the body and rejuvenate the spirit.  Spa products, used in all our treatments, are made from natural ingredients found in Belize and the surrounding Mayan Jungle and are environmentally friendly. Our treatments specialize in using different Muds which adds nutrients & detoxify the body, leaving the skin firm and soft. 

Abezza Spa has various treatment rooms.  Spa rooms are dedicated to Couple’s Massages, solo treatments, spa bachelorette, spa birthday parties, facials, spa manicures & spa pedicures.  Each treatment room is artisanally designed and incorporates the surrounding jungle environment with thatched roof, stone building, recycled bottles, and wood carving from local artisans in neighboring villages.  Maskall Village, Bomba Village and Lucky Strike Village are home to talented Belizean wood carvers and is the wood carving capital of Belize "so to speak."
